With SAP since 2000, Heike Fiedler-Phelps has held a variety of global and regional roles, and is currently the Global Practice Lead, GRC, BA Services. She also spent six months on a fellowship for a global services program, is an active member of Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG), and currently resides near Dallas. She holds an M.A. in Linguistics from the University of Freiburg.
Michael Lortz
Senior Director, GRC Solution Marketing
Michael leads SAP’s global GRC solution marketing team. In that role he works closely with customers to understand emerging market trends. Michael has over 20 years of enterprise software experience. For the past seven, he has been focused on the GRC marketplace. Prior to that, he worked for enterprise security and financial software companies.
