Robert has been with SAP for six years and has held various CRM product strategy, product management, and product marketing roles at nearly every enterprise software company for more than a decade. Prior to this, he was a senior manager of CRM business processes at Compaq and helped business leaders at AT&T, American Express, and FedEx as a marketing consultant at Digitas.
Swati Sinha
Swati Sinha is part of the business analytics global solution marketing team at SAP. She is focused on customer analytics and is passionate about marketing. She holds a masters in business administration and a masters in computer applications. She uses this blend of technology and business to better understand her customers and provide the right solution. Swati has more than nine years of experience spanning development and product management and touching various aspects of CRM solutions.
Peter Rojas
Peter Rojas is solution expert for the customer analytics and performance management line of business. He joined SAP in 2006 as product manager for analytics within the SAP CRM application. He managed product development for CRM interactive reporting and integration between SAP CRM and SAP BusinessObjects software. He also worked on performance optimization applications within SAP BusinessObjects software. And he developed business planning and consolidation applications for sales planning and forecasting, integrated with SAP CRM and the SAP Trade Promotion Management application.
