During this session, Coy will present the new features available with SAP Crystal Reports in the 2011 releases of the stand-alone report designer and the SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.0 Suite. In addition, Coy will provide an overview of the SAP Crystal Reports product road map.

Coy Yonce has worked in business intelligence for ten years and during that time has held positions as support engineer, support manager, technical account manager, and his current role as a product manager on the business intelligence team at SAP. His primary area of responsibility is to lead customer, partner, and community interaction for the SAP Crystal Reports family of offerings. This includes the SAP Crystal Reports Dashboard Design package, SAP Crystal Reports viewer, BI suite-level functionality, APIs, and IDE integrations with Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse.
